- What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?
$300 pet fee (nonrefundable), $300 pet deposit (refundable) and a monthly $35 pet rent. A second pet would be an additional $300 pet fee.
- Do you offer bike storage?

No, we do not have storage units
- Is smoking allowed?

Application Process
- What are the application criteria?
Applicants must make 3 times the monthly rent.
- How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Application results are almost immediate!
- Do you accept a shorter lease term?
We offer 8-15 month lease terms based on availability. Upon renewals, we offer 12-month leases only.
- If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?
You can hold an apartment by completing the application. Once the application is complete, you will be prompted to pay the $45 application fee and the $300 admin fee (nonrefundable).
- Are there any move in charges?
The rent and deposit would be due at move in as well as parking and pet fees (if applicable).
Resident Life
- Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?
Yes, you do need to sort your own recycling and garbage.
- How do I pay for electricity and water?
You will be paying for water, sewer and trash through Nimbus Apartments. Electricity is paid directly to Snohomish County PUD.
- What is the guest policy?
You are responsible for your guests and they must be accompanied by you at all times.
- Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes, we have maintenance onsite M-F
- How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit a service request via our resident portal, Loft.
- What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
Please call our maintenance emergency number at 360-926-9102.
- Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
Yes, we require every resident to have renters insurance.
- What are my options for paying my rent?
You are welcome to pay in office with money order, cashier’s check or personal check. You can also pay online through our resident portal with a debit card, credit card, or bank account.
