Amenities

  • Yes, there is garage parking and we also have a surface lot.

  • Garage is $150/month and the surface lot is $75/month

  • Our amenities include: Fitness room, bike storage, Clubhouse, Arcade, Rooftop, Co-working Lobby.

  • Yes we are pet friendly!

  • $300 pet fee (nonrefundable), $300 pet deposit (refundable) and a monthly $35 pet rent. A second pet would be an additional $300 pet fee.

  • Yes, we have a bike storage

  • No, we do not have storage units

  • No, we are a smoke-free building.

Application Process

  • Applicants must make 3 times the monthly rent.

  • Application results are almost immediate!

  • We offer 8-15 month lease terms based on availability. Upon renewals, we offer 12-month leases only.

  • You can hold an apartment by completing the application. Once the application is complete, you will be prompted to pay the $45 application fee and the $300 admin fee (nonrefundable).

  • The rent and deposit would be due at move in as well as parking and pet fees (if applicable).

Resident Life

  • Yes, you do need to sort your own recycling and garbage.

  • You will be paying for water, sewer and trash through Nimbus Apartments. Electricity is paid directly to Snohomish County PUD.

  • You are responsible for your guests and they must be accompanied by you at all times.

  • Yes, we have maintenance onsite M-F

  • You can submit a service request via our resident portal, Loft.

  • Please call our maintenance emergency number at 360-926-9102.

  • Yes, we require every resident to have renters insurance.

  • You are welcome to pay in office with money order, cashier’s check or personal check. You can also pay online through our resident portal with a debit card, credit card, or bank account.
